Challenge Unlimited & Residential Options: Connecting with Students and Families at Transition Fair 2026

Challenge Unlimited, Inc. and its affiliate Residential Options are looking forward to connecting with families and students at Madison County TPC’s Transition Fair 2026. The open house with special presentations is an opportunity to meet with local agencies who support those with disabilities and can assist in the planning for a successful transition after high school. Attendees will have the chance to speak one-on-one with Susan Wild, Challenge Unlimited’s Executive Director of Skills Training, Jamie Zipprich, Director of Community Employment Services, and Residential Options’ Carina Jones, LCSW, Director of Residential Services. They will be in attendance answering questions and providing information about their programs and services. Carina Jones will be speaking during the Residential special presentation at 5:00pm and Jamie Zipprich will be speaking during the Employment special presentation at 6:00pm.

Susan has been a leader in the field of intellectual disabilities for over 35 years. Susan has dedicated her career to the empowerment and advancement of services and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disability, with 26 years of service at Challenge Unlimited.
Susan leads the Employment and Skills Training team in their mission to develop and provide innovative skill building, community inclusion, employment strategies and opportunities for individuals with disabilities. With a focus to ensure all individuals with disabilities have a choice, Susan advocates for all individuals to have access to services of their choosing.
About Carina Jones:
Carina has worked with Residential Options for 18 years, serving in a variety of roles over the course of her career. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and currently serves as a Director of Residential Services, supporting the DD CILA and Community Mental Health programs. In this role, Carina focuses on ensuring services align with regulatory standards and best‑practice models, while creating positive home environments for clients and a supportive workplace for staff.
