Brigadier General James Porter
Executive Vice President of Operations

A military leader who has commanded at every level—from company to one-star—James brings a deep respect for people, cultures, and individuality to his role at Challenge Unlimited. His experience has shaped a people-first approach rooted in patience, understanding, and meeting others where they are.
For James, our mission is personal. As a father of two boys with disabilities, he lives it every day—working to make life a little easier for others just like he does for his own family.

His advice to fellow veterans is to be your authentic self and treat others with respect.
