"It was great connecting with colleagues at the annual XForce Conference—it's always a valuable opportunity to learn, engage, and recharge," said Hammond.

During the conference, Charlotte Hammond presented to AbilityOne Federal Contractors during the NCSE Annual Meeting. She introduced a new line of business with a new government customer, NASA SEWP VI, that has the potential to bring hundreds of technologybased jobs to the AbilityOne Program, an opportunity that represents meaningful progress toward a more inclusive tech future—broadening access and expanding what's possible.

BD Director Andrew Keyes shared, "The Xforce Conference was very beneficial from a business development perspective because I was able to validate our business development strategies are very similar to other Ability One Federal Contractors that desire to grow like Challenge Unlimited, especially in new lines of business. We made several connections with other Ability One Federal Contractors that will enhance the people we serve."

The conference wrapped up with SourceAmerica's Achievement Awards Banquet, honoring individuals and organizations whose dedication and leadership advance disability employment throughout the country, with awards given in the following categories: Employee Excellence Awards, Nonprofit Agency Awards, and the Business Partnership Award. It was a memorable evening recognizing the impact and commitment of those driving meaningful change in communities nationwide.

Cameron Smith, a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for CU's HR team, thoroughly enjoyed her time there, saying the experience was, " One of a kind! It's truly an inspiring experience and refuels my passion to continue serving our mission. If you want to hear more about the event, feel free to reach out to our team members who attended!
